Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations

We ship across the GCC region, including Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman, as well as select international destinations.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days
• GCC Countries: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a specified threshold — check our current promotions for details.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for eligible orders within Saudi Arabia and select GCC countries. A COD handling fee may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
